Prior to joining Mayfield Fund in 1991, Yogen was a founding member of two successful startups, Claris Corporation and Metaphor Computer Systems. One of Forbes' Midas Top 100 Technology Professionals, Yogen was also a member of the original Star and Ethernet development teams at Xerox, and a co-author of the TCP/IP Specification while at Stanford University.

Yogen currently sits on the boards of Adchemy, Consorte, Packet Design, Revenue Science and VoloMedia. Yogen's past notable investments include Affinity Labs, Arbor Software, BeVocal, BroadVision, Concur, Nuance, OuterBay, Packet Engines, Snapfish, TIBCO, Vantive and Whistle.

Yogen earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

He looks for important business functions the internet can revolutionize or replace, complex and scalable software, and high margin, defensible business models. Greg is a seasoned Silicon Valley entrepreneur and executive with past experience at Netscape and Cisco Systems.

He focuses on investments in software, systems, and services companies. Irwin currently serves on the Board of Directors of WaveMaker, VoloMedia, Stretch, and Ensim.

Irwin joined Worldview in June 2004 from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he co-founded the firm's nationally recognized intellectual property counseling practice and served as a manager of the firm's venture capital fund. As part of this practice, Irwin leveraged his extensive intellectual property expertise to assist companies in developing new market strategies, products, and revenue streams.

Companies for whom Irwin has worked include a host of successful venture-backed firms, such as Brocade, Avanex, VMware, RealNetworks, and Netscape, as well as large technology enterprises such as EMC, Broadcom, and Hewlett-Packard.

Irwin received a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

He was with Yahoo! for three years, following its 2003 acquisition of Overture (previously GoTo.com), bringing 20 years of management experience to oversee a billion-dollar division with operations in 20 countries comprising nearly 1,000 employees.

Prior to Overture/Yahoo!, Brian was a Managing Director of Idealab, which created GoTo.com, and also President and CEO of Idealab Silicon Valley. Before joining Idealab, Brian served as president, chief operating officer, and director for On Command Corp., the world's largest provider of information and entertainment services to the lodging industry. Previously, Brian held senior executive positions at SBC Communications and Shearson Lehman Brothers.

In addition to VoloMedia, Brian currently serves on the board of directors for Pandora Media, and on the advisory boards of Care2, Dial Directions, and Sharpcast. Brian holds a B.A. in Economics and conducted graduate work in corporate strategy at Duke University, as well as international marketing and finance at the Pacific Asian Management Institute and negotiation at Harvard University.

Murgesh has worked both the technical and business sides of companies, leading product development for a billion dollar line of workstations at Silicon Graphics, spearheading business development of Liberate Technologies' penetration of the Asia-Pacific and European markets, and launching AudioFeast's consumer audio service. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University in India and an M.S. in Computer Science from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
