GamePro Media and G4TV Launch Video Game Category for VoloMedia

United States Air Force Completes Successful Advertising Campaign

SUNNYVALE, CA, Jan 15, 2009 - VoloMedia Inc., the leading ad network for downloadable media, today announced the debut of its video game podcast vertical featuring content from GamePro Media and the G4 television network including its videogame enthusiast Web site, G4tv.com. This new addition complements the company's existing categories in News and Politics, Business, Music, Technology, Sports, Health, Women, and Entertainment. Simultaneously, VoloMedia has recently completed an advertising campaign for the United States Air Force targeting podcasts in the new video game category.

Created by GSD&M Idea City, the advertising agency for the Air Force, the campaign included pre-roll, mid-roll and post-roll video ads that were dynamically inserted into podcasts by VoloMedia's patent pending technology. The campaign ran in Q4 2008 and was managed through VoloMedia's Campaign Management Portal (CMP), an online interface that offers advertisers great flexibility in setting campaign parameters including geographic, demographic and contextual targeting, as well as frequency capping & sequential serving. The portal is web-based so advertising campaigns can be executed and reports can be obtained from anywhere in the world at anytime.

"The Air Force is always looking for unique and compelling platforms to communicate our brand messages," said Jim Askins, Air Force Recruiting Services Account Executive. "VoloMedia provides the opportunity to attract a user base that fits with the Air Force's target audience."

"We are very excited to have the Air Force campaign within our rapidly expanding video game category," said Kevin Gianatiempo, VP of Advertising Sales at VoloMedia. "We're confident that the user base within this category, consisting primarily of young men between the ages of 16-24, is a perfect audience for the Air Force message. Our ability to provide this type of targeting significantly increases the effectiveness of the campaign."

"As the #1 podcasted cable network in America, G4 is a leader in the podcasting platform," said Joshua Krane, Senior Vice President of Interactive and New Media, G4. "Today's young guys are utilizing the web and downloadable media more than any other group and, as a network that aims to deliver the latest in video games, technology and Internet culture, we understand the importance of providing as much content as possible on these platforms."
