The Abraham Accords: One Year Later

On September 15, 2020, the Abraham Accords were signed between the United Arab Emirates, Israel and the United States. Recently, to commemorate the first anniversary of the signing of the accords and to discuss their significance, an event was held at the Wilson Center in Washington, DC. hosted by their Middle East Program. Opening remarks were made by the head of the Wilson Center, Ambassador Mark Green and Congressman Ted Deutch, followed by a panel discussion moderated by Jim Jeffries, head of the Middle East program at the Wilson Center. His distinguished guests included UAE Ambassador Yousef Al Otaiba, Ambassador of Bahrain to the US, Sheikh Abdulla Bin Rashid Al Khalifa and Benjamin Krasna, Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Israel in the U.S. This material is distributed by TRG Advisory Services, LLC on behalf of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in the U.S..
